You must be at least 18 years old to use this website, our services, and our SMS text messaging program. By using the site or opting in to receive text messages, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

Install Agent installs technical infrastructure and operational automation systems inside your environment. The specific scope of any engagement is defined in a separate written agreement or statement of work.

Results vary by business and depend on implementation, adoption, and ongoing use. Install Agent does not guarantee specific financial, operational, or business outcomes. Any examples or case studies are illustrative only and not guarantees of performance.

Program. When you book an appointment with Install Agent and opt in, we send recurring SMS text messages about that appointment — confirmations and reminders. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

Consent. You opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our booking form. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies (typically messages tied to each scheduled appointment). Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.

Opt out and help. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe; you may receive one final message confirming you have opted out. Reply HELP for help, or email support@installagent.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You are responsible for providing reasonable access to the systems in scope, for the accuracy of information you provide, and for your team's ongoing use of the deployed systems after handover and the support period.

Fees, payment terms, and any guarantee terms are set out in your engagement agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Install Agent is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in or serving Lawrenceville, Georgia (Gwinnett County), and you consent to their jurisdiction.
